Peter T. Mallary

Mallary, Peter T. of Fairlee, Orange County, Democrat, was born on June 12, 1953 in Poughkeepsie New York. He has lived in West Newbury since 1987. Occupation: author, editor, publisher. He was educated at schools in New York and Bradford, Vermont in 1976 (B.A., History). He is married to the former Frances Neville-Rolfe, and they have one daughter. He is the publisher of Behind the Times, an Orange County monthly newsmagazine, and It’s Classified, a weekly advertising paper. He is the author of several books, including two volumes of New England history and architecture. He served as a planning commissioner in Fairlee, Vermont, and on that town’s Public School Assessment committee. Member of the House: 1991-92, 1993-94, 1995-96. Assistant Majority Leader: 1993-94.
