| Hoff, Philip Henderson, of Burlington, Chittenden County, Democrat, was born in Turners Falls, Massachusetts on June 29,1924 and became resident of present town in 1951. Occupation: Lawyer. He was educated in the public schools of Turners Falls, Massachusetts, Williams College and Cornell University. He is married and has four daughters.
